We want to thank our friends at Saskatoon's Westcap Mgt. Ltd. and Jump.ca for donating two brand new iPads to our community! The Sherbrooke Foundation's Rob Neufeld braved the wet weather to accept the donation this afternoon.

These iPads will be put to good use helping our Elders connect with their loved ones in many different ways.

Thank you again to Westcap and Jump.ca for your kindness and generosity during this challenging time. We truly appreciate it!

"How are you doing?"

It's a question we seem to be asking each-other often during this pandemic. At Sherbrooke, we want to make sure our staff are doing well. That's why we wanted to share this message from Robin Kitchen to you.

Robin is the Manager for Learning and Growth. In this video, she talks about the importance of mental health and wellbeing, and where you can find support if you need it.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority has set up a Mental Health Support Line for Health Care Workers that is open from 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week. The number is 1-833-233-3314.

You can visit www.saskatchewan.ca/COVID19-providers and check out the Resilient Workplace section

You can also contact Employee and Family Assistance Program (anytime – 24hrs/7days). Website: www.workhealthlife.com/ Call: Care Access Centre toll free at 1-844-336-3136

The work of our Nurses and Continuing Care Aids throughout the Covid-19 pandemic has been nothing short of exceptional!

They have shown incredible leadership and compassion each and every day in their neighbourhoods. They work together to not only to care for our Elders but to provide them with the support they need during this challenging time.

As we settle into a long weekend, we want to say thank you to our nurses and CCA's for your incredible work these past two months!

Jeff, Jen and Paul had a great time catching up recently with the iGen class!

When school was cancelled due to Covid-19, students and Elders never had the opportunity to say a proper goodbye. That's why these virtual meetings are so meaningful for not only our Elders but for the students as well.

We sure miss you, iGen class! We hope you are doing well and studying hard:) Thank you for reaching out to our Elders!
