The program provides services to individuals with a wide range of challenges, including physical disabilities, psychiatric diagnoses, and frailty.
Participants receive access to consultative services from a chaplain and dietician, as well as access to:
Transportation can be provided within Saskatoon, and a meal is served at noon for no extra cost (food for special diets can be provided), though participants in the Modified Sheltered Work Program must bring a bagged lunch.
We also provide a monthly caregiver support group, offering support and education to caregivers of participants in the Community Day Program.
9:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday to Friday
36 participants per day, five days per week
Access to the Community Day Program is through the Saskatoon Health Region Client Patient Access Service
$9.50 per day for the program, including a meal at noon.
$8 per day for transportation within the City of Saskatoon.
